  It shows that the root of all evil still shows it's ugly face.People will do anything for money.
  Then we see the garbage laws in effect by this guy shrouding himself with the LLC fake business he set up.
  I don't know all the finest details of law but i hope they all go to jail for a long time.
  
  You have to feel sorry for Gearbox whom under all this crap were likely struggling to make a buck.
  
  This is also yet another in the very long line of reminders that these people working in the game industry are always looking for ways to scam other people,including gamer's.When we keep seeing crappy game after crappy unfinished game release and then see these cash shops and DLC's in b4 the games are barely polished,you just know the industry is in a shambles.
  
  All those top highly paid execs leaving Blizzard,they were ONLY there for the money,soon a bit of that money is taken away they are gone so fast it isn't funny.
  All these NAIVE people that think the game industry cares or is there for YOU,..lol.

  The allegations don't end there, and some get pretty ugly.
  
  Callendar claims Pitchford left a USB drive in a Dallas, Texas restaurant that contained sensitive corporate documents for Gearbox and many partners including Sony and Microsoft. Furthermore, the lawsuit states "upon information and belief, Randy Pitchford’s USB drive also contained Randy Pitchford’s personal collection of ‘underage’ pornography.”

  
  

  No matter what you think of Pitchford's business ethics - the idea that he stores child porn on an usb drive and carries it around with him like a sick little treasure just to lose it in a restaurant then seems absolutely absurd.
