Object Container Streaming improvements were delayed to patch 3.5. Everything in patch 3.4 is now in polishing stage, so there shouldn't be any more changes before release.
Alpha 3.4 continues on PTU updates that are now open to all the backers, with the approach of Christmas its release has to be pushed on the next days before the studios close for the holiday break until next year.
Max I normally stay out of this topic cause you posting info is good but I just have to lol at Q2 2020. Who’s taking bets on q4 2021 or q1/2 2022
It's not something that surprises me, because SQ42 and SC share engine, when you look at how raw one is on mechanics it's representative of the other, so already transpired there's still severe iterations needed on mechanics to have it go.

Now with the Christmas break and all, development updates are to resume after the first week of 2019, the roadmap will get its review then (so it expands beyond Q2 2019 too).
RSI was supposed to finish 8 aims releated to different SQ 42 missions in Q4 2018. They finished only 2, and 6 are still unfinished. Doesn't look good for their estimated 2020 release date.
Roadmaps have updated, there has been a large number of changes on Gameplay features.
All new Gameplay features added to 3.5:
Heat Systems
AI Bounty Hunting in Environmental Missions
Vehicle Scanning HUD Improvements
AI Distress Beacons
Vehicle Radar v2
Quantum Travel Improvements
Vehicle Scanning Improvements
Ship System Degradation Improvements
Vehicle Tech Updates v1
Groups System Improvements v4
VOIP & FOIP Improvements v3
Bounty Mission NPC Improvements
Distortion Damage Improvements
Gimbal Weapons Improvements v1
Extending Delivery Missions To ArcCorp
With that review on Gameplay Reputation/Law, Salave and Escort Service Beacons have been delayed, upcoming review of Q2-Q4 will determine milestone. Two ships that were not actively in-dev have been also pushed back.
Core Tech also got revamp. Five features have been removed : Parallel Network Jobs, Lobby Refactor, both OCS improvements, and the Organic Shader are gone. Two new features have been added, Asynchronous Disconnection Refactor, which is supposed to "improve efficiency and usability of the asynchronous disconnection code". And a second one related to OCS called Network OCS Stall Fixes, which fixes "network-related processing stalls during entity binding/unbinding as a result of Bind Culling and OCS."
Basically they've delayed new gameplay features, and are instead making improvements to their existing systems.
Important new stuff we'll be getting in 3.5: -Playable female characters -ArcCorp and its moons -New flight model
Yes, it's also strong feedback from people to flesh out more what's already there, especially the mission systems, ship systems/flight model and AI that need much attention.
On other bits specific to 3.5, the travel times to face reduction:
Also the hard surface shader improvements set for 3.5:
An interesting post predicting what % of a feature will be cut and what new stuff will be added in upcoming patches based on previous patches. Major takeaway is if the trends hold true more than half of 3.6 and 3.7 planned features will be replaced and more than 2/3 of the features for 3.8 will be replaced with something else.

It was said it would come in December, with the roads hint it's why it's being said this is the dev roadmap on what's left to do for the SP Campaign.
With Arccorp City planet already on works showing improved city landscape from its original showcase: https://v.redd.it/lz3pjsenx5421/DASH_9_6_M?source=fallback
And work on Microtech biomes such as cold forests, more earth-like.

It also includes SQ42 data being tracked weekly, as for 3.5 for now task-wise around the 40%'s, further update reviews most likely in January now.
Only a few changes.

3.5 adds extra tasks to Arccorp's moons while Accorp landing zone city faces decent progression, not much change otherwise.
SQ42 completes the intended Q4 2018 features with most of the chapter levels from Q4 awaiting completion.
Roadmap review with the 3.7 and 3.8 milestones is to be finalized in one of the next updates.
SC also updating with bug-fixing patch 3.4.2 https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/4/thread/star-citizen-alpha-3-4-2-ptu-1034140-patch-notes
