So my 2500k finally crashed so looking to build a new PC out of the old parts. I am buying these parts in Japan so prices differ a little.
Tower (from old build)https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119196
Power Consair cx500m (from old build)
Video Card GTX 970 (from old build)
Motherboard : ASROCK AMD B450 hdv
I was looking at the 470 boards but I do not plan on running multiple GPUs so figured save the money.
Ram: G.skill】DDR4-3200 (PC4-25600) Sniper Xhttps://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B07GBP22D5/?coliid=I23OKSU76NCW5L&colid=CGVI8M35HDFI&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
CPU: 2600x (the 8400 is 80-100 dollars more. Might be better but price difference doesn't seem worth it)
It is with the motherboard I am wondering the most. I got such great usage out of my 2500k I was kind of hoping I could get something similar with the 2600x. I do not plan to do any immediate overclocking but maybe this might change a few years down the line. If so though it would only be moderate overclocking at best.
Right now the choice seems to be ASROCK AMD B450 hdv for super budget oe MSI b450 tomohawk or MSI 470 gaming plus.
