Awesome. I’m thinking seriously about jumping over to an edgerouter + unifi, it’s just my current Nighthawk keeps on trucking at acceptable performance

I've got 2 8 Port unifi switches with two SFP. Got an AP lite as well. I have UniFi controller running on a nuc. Ubiquiti AP are pretty nice

I have gigabit fiber and my nighthawk r8000 just does what it needs to. I'd like a cooler new slick system, but it's way down on the priority list. If I add anything now it would be pi-hole. Super cheap and easy.

You can get an ER lite for around 50$ on ebay. I picked up this ER pro 8 for 130$. Man I love ebay, otherwise I couldnt afford the toys. The problem with switching from consumer to enterprise is that routers usually just route, no built in wifi. On the flip side, the stand alone AP Lite is so much better than any built in wifi that I have tested. Its also super easy to keep adding AP.
