PVP server

I know im gonna get called a noob for this but whatever.... anyways i wanna play on a pvp server but i dont understand everything about it. can anyone just come up and attack you or do you gotta be pvp'ed?

      You can only be attacked in 5 ways:

          - Being in a Contested Territory
          - Being in Enemy Territory
          - Typing /pvp
          - Being in a Battleground
          - Attacking a player of the opposite faction.


        When in friendly territory, you only get flagged by attacking opposite factioned players and typing /pvp, but you become unflagged after 5 minutes of not doing hostile actions. In either contested or enemy territory, you are constantly flagged, no matter what.

    only difference is ur flagged for pvp everywhere but ur own terrotory...

    not much of a "pvp" server ay ;)
