Do we know how the general progression ecosystem is going to be?

Hey, is there any info about how the character progression is going to be? I know the game aesthetics and the combat look promising. I have to be honest and say that it does look at the quality level of BDO. 

But... 

I am really wondering how the progression is going to be and if there is any real amount of stuff to do in the game. I just don't wanna hype another BDO!!! Shinny graphics, awesome beat them up system, but in the game is just a matter of PvE grindspots, mindless boss battles, Zerg-like PvP and finally AFK or half-AFK activities. Not to mention the RnG.
