Can I make a Dark Iron Dwarf?

If I pre-oreder Battle for Azeroth, can I make a Dark Iron Dwarf now?

    No, then gotta grind rep to unlock it (same with all other allied races). Horde unlocks are much faster in general. But for some of the Alliance side ones...like void elf...it can take 2 weeks minimum of serious grinding to unlock it.

    I dunno how long dark iron dwarf takes, but I don't think its out now until BoA release. But I might be wrong on that part

    Its quite a grind (more so for Alliance) for any of the allied races. At least if havent played legion or much of it and don't have any legion reputation.

    Honestly, I'm thinking they will be available pre-patch since blizzard since you can work on getting access to them "right at launch."
