Just got EQ for XMas.

For the past year or so, I've been trying to find an MMORPG to get into. I finally decided to cave and got EQ for XMas (The Evolutions set, which includes Classic EQ and the first 5 expansions). I logged in thinking I could figure this out on my own... boy, was I wrong. The walking is really hard to get used to, and if anyone could tell me how to get this into full screen I would swear to them my undying love.

Also, any other tips would help.

K: 73% A: 60% S: 33% E: 33%

I never thought I'd be the one to bring it down to this.

    you should go to one of those guide sites, i have seen many

    once there, look for interface and controls

    i know it was something like alt and r...but im not sure

    check out one of those sites...that's all i can tell ya, sorry broimage

    I've been playing, got my shadowknight to level 2... Then I got lost in town trying to find the trainers to raise my skills and just decided to quit for tonight. :

     The towns and cities in EQ are impossible without a map.

    Unless you enjoy making maps yourself. Or have a nice memory.

    Here's one of the best sites that has maps to every city in EQ.

    It's up to you which maps you want to use, and if you don't want to use them and just find out and explore for yourself. (I use the city maps, but I never use the zone maps.)
