The ramp up to the next big content drop is underway and Grinding Gear will be pulling out all the stops to provide Path of Exile players with all the information they need when it hits. Lots of information should be coming in the next week or two, but that doesn't mean that there hasn't been a ton of great stuff to see and learn over the course of the past week.     The Royale was really fun , on 4/1 and i knew from the first match i was in that this would become a staple in POEs rotation of leagues and events ..

    well once they change the drop rates for casuals and don't have to go the RMT to get the items to play builds. Cant spend 40 hrs plus a week to get all the items.
    If the drop rates were better this game would rock

    what !?
    you can litteraly (and i really mean litteraly) farm red maps with ~10c worth of items.

    Lots of builds run very well with rares or crafted items. And there's a vast trading empire to explore if you must have uniques. (RMT is a bannable offense in PoE; so no one would recommend that to you.) Now that 6 sockets are dropping more freely, the game is opening up to a wider range of players and play time.

    There are lots of budget, starter and SSF builds on the forums.

    But, if you want to play end-game with the FotM expensive build, yeah, it's going to cost you time to either farm the item or farm the currency.

    If you havent' played PoE for awhile, you may be surprised how much more accessible it is now than it was before the Oriath expansion.
