Tree of Life News - The Tree of Life team has sent word that it is introducing a new currency called Boboo that is similar in style to the real-world Bitcoin. Players are sent out to a specific location to mine for a limited number of coins. These can be bought and sold on a marketplace, though with limited quantities, players need to be strategic about trades. Interestingly, the player who finds the most Boboo coins will receive a real life version made of solid gold.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's an ad trick, not a way one could earn money.
Its a survival game so yes they will. Rather an odd choice for those graphics I must admit, it looked family friendly.
Yea, according to steam reviews, it's a really horrific brutal dog-eat-dog world filled with griefers who will tear down everything they see at the first opportunity.
Too bad. When I found the game months ago and saw the graphics and saw it had housing and tons of sandbox features, I was really interested in getting and playing it. And then I read the reviews.
Indeed, a really odd choice considering the happy graphics.
That's open-PvP for ya, I suppose.
Can I assume there is no male/female selection, but a slider instead to choose how far along your character is in their gender reassignment?

ya'll just huddle here together trying to reinforce each other in your little corner making it seem like theme park MMOs, with no loss or consequences, were the glory days....they sucked and most of us are glad they are dying. When will you people understand that getting everything you want gets boring in like 2 seconds? Seriously, all you get with no PvP or item loss is a bored player base crying for content the second they gobble it up, and a shitty economy where crafting is worthless..yay...
It's certainly done wonders for this game!

It sure made me (and several others) think of that scam bit coin before reading the article closely though. ...probably because that's what they worded it as until you actually read what it's about.
....like, seriously, have they been living under a rock the past three months to think associating anything in their game with bitcoin was a good idea?
