MMORPG with no crafting profession restrictions.

Pretty simple - what currently playable MMORPGs allow players to do all types of crafting rather than restricting them to 2 or 3 professions?  I'd also like to exclude those which allow players to try all types of crafting but restrict players to only maxing one or two types.

I'm not really looking for a sandbox game like Wurm, ATITD, Xsyon, etc.  I'm looking for a wow-alike with an auction house.
I want to help design and develop a PvE-focused, solo-friendly, sandpark MMO which combines crafting, monster hunting, and story.  So PM me if you are starting one.

    Trick is: you can have only one profession active, but may learn all of them. Just, if you craft using not-active profession, you would gain no crafting xp.

    ESO has no restrictions when it comes to crafting. There's plenty of skill points to collect that would allow you to max all crafting skills and still invest in combat.
