Well I still feel Scarlet Blade was judged unfairly because of pixel boobs but I understand the OP is talking about more explicite games.
I remember being part of the Venus Rising community and the vets were talking about Sociolotron. Some of the game's features seemed really harsh and I'm usually not easily shocked.
I would, but the existing ones often seemed to be aimed at men and not offer a lot for a female player. Same with single-player sex-themed games, there are only a few Japanese ones with male love interests. Plus, cybering is boring if there isn't some real roleplaying involved, and "MMOs" which lack real gameplay are also boring, which is why I'm not interested in Second Life.
I want to help design and develop a PvE-focused, solo-friendly, sandpark MMO which combines crafting, monster hunting, and story. So PM me if you are starting one.

I was gonna go with "Maybe", but then I realized... I've seen a bunch of these ads over the years (like some WoW parody), and I've never actually been tempted enough to try any of them... so... make that a very small maybe.
Now if it was just an extra feature added to enrich the setting a la Spartacus: Blood and Sand, Game of Thrones, and a good number of other shows that have no shortage of T&A, then I'd be all for it.

I've come across them while touring the internet but never signed up to play one, except I once discovered Second Life has or had a massive underground role play for that sort of thing hidden away on some sort of island. I've also come across the occasional adult mod designed for regular MMO's.

I would if the game itself is actually good, the x-rated stuff would just be a bonus in my eyes. However most 18+ online games are pretty garbage tier gameplay wise as they are counting on just the porn to sell it to people. So... I usually don't bother with them. Though Nutaku has some decent ones, Armor Blitz one of their newer ones is decent.

Let's say my character drew his .. sword.. aimed badly.. and stabbed it right through her forehead.
It wasn't the kind entertainment we expected but we were laughing so much that we didn't mind.
would but more a X rated for violence, like age of conan style, a rustless world, when you kill monster head would roll ect, with more mature quest/features ect.

mature world, mature battle system, gore, quest ect would be fun... also mmorpg players base are getting more and more older... im not sure the cute world doing it for everyone anymore... that not like it would not have a playerbase...

Perhaps it would be interesting if MMO's added a cutscene which could be triggered like the ME series, Witch Hunter, DA, GTA, and some other RPGs have. Most MMO's that have seductions during quests just do a quick fade to black and fade back in when it's over.

I think adult games can be humorous as male, but I'm not sure it would be comfortable playing with other people in such an environment. That's like watching pornography with other people. It seems to be a very personal thing and not much porn is made for women. With the political climate, I couldn't see that happening in America. It would probably be banned for either objectification of women or encouraging violence towards women. If it ever made it out the game would be really dull in order to make it past the SJW. I could see such a game being released in Japan if it hasn't been already.
My wife loves porn... she's never been a gamer but we've been known to RP on occasion. And she's the one that got me into it, when the kids are staying over with their grandparents, I can still be surprised by what she's down for.
She's not a gamer, but I bet she'd play an X rated game if she could have some freaky fun with it.

Kill, scam, betray, torture, capture to slavery, sell slave, abuse him/her, starve to death or overfeed so that slave dies from obesity. No quests, xp gained only from killing other players. And trust me, such mmo would "borrow" gore from Mortal combat. Full loot, of course. Slave trading market. No safe zones. Oh, only GMs are immortal, but beware of that evil GM that kills everybody in sight just out of pleasure... 2) normal pr0n mmo. Everything you could ever imagine and beyond that. Into bondage? ok, bondage skills increased. Into erotic talks? ok, erotic talk skill increase.
Would I play number 1? Basically no - maybe, if it's free, to try to survive as long as possible. Would I play number 2? Occasionally - yes.

Well... the first one is pretty much dead in the water from the start thanks to being full loot PvP. On top of that, it's pretty much snuff, rather than just X-rated given some of the features you've listed there lol. The only people going nuts over that sort of game would be the ones you REALLY don't want to be near.
Strip the first MMO of some of the extremes, and it'd have a lot of potential IMO. Just look at all the mods people create. There's pretty much not a single popular RPG that doesn't have some kind of nude or sex mod. I once installed Skyrim's for the luls. The Witcher games pretty much have it built in from the start to some degree. Not to mention GTA, Fable and several others where your character can go hook up with prostitutes.
