22 hours and the race for character names

Oh boy, here we go...

As a reminder:
  1. Your forum name is reserved as a character name, if you want to use it.
  2. For those who already created characters in the client, those will be wiped a couple of hours before the official release time. You'll need to go back in and re-create them, otherwise you could lose the names.

    Does this mean that their starting areas (from the pre launch live server) are also locked in?  Or will they be randomly reassigned when creating characters tomorrow morning?

    They are randomly reassigned when creating a character. You can travel by boat from any starting area to another however, so no worries.
