Would love to Play BDO but the region lock is just sad...

Anyone else out there feel my pain? I want to play, but can't... I get why certain countries are locked, but i am from South Africa, dnt see the point of locking us out, I can play any other mmo published in EU, why!?!

    I was in your shoes. Then I decided to move to NZ and all my problems along with 3rd world ones got solved.
    It has to do something with publishing and stuff, but it is almost too intentionally coincidential that only "3rd world countries" got this region lock. Not that I support the idea of it, but it is what it is.

    I'm pretty sure they would love to have half of the world's money.

    There are many reasons why a product is not available in a specific region. Yeah, I get it, it can suck (I have this problem buying movies in foreign markets though Amazon UK private sellers don't care and will send a product if you buy it) but don't think for one minute that any company "wants" to have their product limited.

    Many people played the KR and RU versions through VPN, but I have no idea about the NA/EU ones.

    @DMKano might know, since he plays games from other regions all the time.

    all vpn, game is already old even on teh country it was not launched,

    plus serious you are not missing anything not playing this

    People play games for diff reasons, I like BDO, Used do vpn with it, now it seems 2 dc all the time :(

    i have never even had the chance to try BDO but its all good ill try it when it goes free if i am still interested, it was the same with Vindictus.

    South America (Brasil) also blocked out. Truely annoying... I moved from Germany to Brasil and now i am locked out of the game...

    they will bring BDO to X-box and ps4 and i saw also earlier that they are working on a BDO for all regions,dont worry new MMO~S soon to come;)

    I did sub 2 a vpn, it still dc, tried two diff ones
