Is SotA done with crowdfunding and paying investors?

Translated version

I'm reading through this translated article and it looks like Portalarium sold about half the shares of the company to Russian investors.  The article has Portalarium priced at $50,000.00 USD per each 1% of the company but then it goes on to read like it was supposed to launch in June 2016.   So I'm guessing the article had to have been published before that.  What does it mean for SotA's crowdfunding?  Is what they're doing still crowdfunding EA or are they live and paying investors?  The article also talks about a return on investment being part of the game's global profits and says the payback period is only 5-6 months, presumably Nov-Dec 2016.

I think its a last ditch effort to try to safe this game which was designed completely around making a handful of large backers happy and screwing the rest.   Its proving to be a problem.
