Commander System to be Overhauled & Relaunched - Armored Warfare - MMORPG.com
Armored Warfare News - The Commander System in Armored Warfare will be overhauled in the near future to make unlocking all Commander Skills more complex. This is being done to ensure that those who have already maxed out their Commanders continue to have meaningful progression. Current Commander XP will be "taken into account" when the new system launches.

But it is dead.
Waiting times in Tiers are just to long, in the "new" mode it may be that you wait 10 mins or more (EU). Sad to say that they will not gonna make it very long. And there was/is potential but it seems that 3 Tank Games are to much for the player base.
