  Network card and audio are built into mobo already.
  
  Also I would aim for more ram.
  I no longer believe 8 gigs of ram to be enough.

  Looks like a good enough build considering how little money you have.
  
  You can save 7€ by switching to 550W model of that power supply.
  
  RAM can work in dual-channel mode, so to get 8GB of RAM you should buy a package with 2x 4GB RAM sticks.
  
  You've not selected any optical drive, but if you buy your games online you might not need an optical drive at all.
  
  Do you have operating system already?

  The only thing I would say is: The Caviar Blue is cheap, but you can get a 120G SSD for the same price, and the difference in speed, at least for me, is well worth the loss in capacity. It's easy enough to add in the same exact Caviar Blue later on, when you have another 50€ and have run out of space on the SSD, but it's harder to go the opposite direction because you want the OS installed on the SSD.
  
  120G is tight, WIndows alone takes up about 40-50, but it's enough room for a game or two at a time.

  Thanks yes OS too did factor in. No he needs the one TB there is no way he can make do with 120 gb. Right now I have used up 800 gb of my drive and I have a separate SSD for my OS. SSD is still expensive may be in the future my computer has a 250 SSD and I don't use it for my games just the OS and programs. Games,they are still all on my HDD. I am okay with the slight delay I can handle it and he will have to. Will look for more RAM.
  
  The power source is enough too for a future upgrade too right ?

  You can also use amazon.de the german site. It has the option of being in english (Albeit still beta function) and the prices are in euroes.

  I am not Italian my husband is and I speak Italian badly . I am a Malaysian Indian. I think Amazon is okay may be a bit more expensive but at least if the parts are faulty I can return it. 
  
  My husband wants him to get another laptop in case he will travel to work in another country carrying a desktop around is not really ideal. My son he studied Mandarin and Japanese  but because of my husband's work we have lived in Spain and Brazil so he knows Spanish and Portuguese too. He wants to become a cook now so may be the languages will help him so after he graduates send him to cooking school thinking of Chinese cuisine so study in China no idea what to do because job situation is very bad in Italy.

  I'm mentioning the german amazon site because it has a lot more parts to choose from, and since it's also in europe you don't have to include any vat or anything.
