Hello, my main reason to register here was to PM a member about his photo gallery.
Well, I got my first 15 points, but I still can't PM him >.<

How can I fix this?

    I cant be any help im afraid. I have not had any issue PM'ing someone. 
    Perhaps you could post on this thread using @Ichise2009 for example.
