As of today, Monday, September 26th, The Division players can check out the big v1.4 update on the now-open public test server. The PTS is available for PC users only and the development team is interested in player feedback and its assistance hunting down bugs.

    Game launched on PC at the same time as consoles and looks amazing. They have had some balancing issues at endgame but the trip there is worth the ride.

    I haven't played on PTS and probably won't (time issues), but have heard some people saying that the developers are rebalancing DPS and gun damage. What I have heard is both good and bad. On the good side, the time to kill is being reduced across the board. On the concerning side, the way DPS is calculated is being changed fairly drastically. Again, it is what I have heard so I do not know for sure.
