  But its kind of funny how they have progress updates and "patch notes" on a website that sells things to people , like that's terrifyingly somehow  a landmark event as a result of the kickstarter.
  
  I honestly wouldn't be so proud of being able to successfully launch an estore "website" to sell stuff. Even my partially retarded neighbor has an e-store selling honey or something. No offense Bob!!
  
  You can pretty much setup an ecom site for free these days in 3 clicks.   The amount of effort they are putting into this thing and their triumphant announcement of its launch, like they have somehow accomplished the seemingly impossible, has me a bit worried.

  Maybe because successfully launching your online store is considered a basic competency for most companies and not something people see as an accomplishment (especially after multiple failures and delays)?
  
  Like when you go into the store and the cash register works, nobody posts a congratulations message.  Go into the same store and the register won't function, while they tell you it will just be 5 minutes, for hours... yeah that makes people walk out and post about it.
