NMS pc fps fix i found online

Hi everyone. just thought id post this here if your looking to get some more fps/performance out of nms. i was getting alot of frame stuttering and low fps then i googled and found a reddit topic that helped me a bit.  if you go into Steamapps>common>NMS>binaries >settings then open TKgraphicsettings file in notepad. find gsync and set it to false. this actually removed most of the stuttering and low fps i was getting.  weird it was on default. i doubt it will work for everyone but cant hurt to try :proud:
