  From what i've seen on this site it stated 2017 release with a subscription payment model.

  says its free until the 19th on the "closed beta" which seems more like an open beta

  Anyone know how to cast spells?  They appear to be on my hotbar but when I try to use any of them nothing happens.

  Ok I got it.  Use staff 2,  then press the spell #,  then RMB.
