I played it for something like the first six months that it was out and that earned me some sort of lifetime subscription. However, when I checked my accumulated skillpoints I only had double what I had earned in the first six months. If I'm a lifetime subscriber, then I should have five years worth of points built up. Oh well, doesn't matter anyhow.

John Henry Newman: "A man would do nothing if he waited until he could do it so well that no one could find fault."
FreddyNoNose: "A good game needs no defense; a bad game has no defense." "Easily digested content is just as easily forgotten."

When you don't want the truth, you will make up your own truth.
From my memory, they're a few part-time devs with day jobs. Hence the slow update schedule and lackluster support. On one hand, they have the game in a sort of place where it can easily continue running. On the other, it'll likely never get that big again.
