Anyone see the article on Ars Technica about a possible legal action that might be taken against No Man's Sky?

I used to work in a fairly dangerous environment, Common sense was a phrase that was taboo. Not because we didn't have it, but because it's something that can't be taught. It's a shame too, a lot of stupid things could be settled quickly if common sense could be taught to people.

This makes more sense than the legal action regarding the use of "Sky" by Sky UK.

The only lack of common sense is that of Hello Games' Sean Murray for using technology they don't own or haven't paid for.  He admitted to using the formula, and that the formula if the foundation for the game.  Without the formula, the game vanishes.  In a puff of smoke.

Once they pay for the asset, I'm sure they can continue.

    Pardon any spelling errors
Konfess your cyns and some maybe forgiven
Boy: Why can't I talk to Him?
Mom: We don't talk to Priests.
As if it could exist, without being payed for.
F2P means you get what you paid for. Pay nothing, get nothing.
    Even telemarketers wouldn't think that.
It costs money to play.  Therefore P2W.
