    Shameless selfquote:

"I didn't really follow this, but whenever i read something about it, it was "alpha", "alpha", "alpha" all the time.
When are they going to forward this to beta already?"

Simple answer: When I feel that we have all the features in the game that make it a "complete game". This is based both on our original game design doc and on feedback we get from players. We're getting closer to that point but haven't fully reached it yet. Which is why our alphas are still called alphas. This is loosely based on standard sotfware dev methodology btw: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_release_life_cycle

Hehe no worries. This alpha/beta thing seems to be quite confusing for a lot of players and so I try to explain the concept wherever I can. =D
