I'm a fanyboy of this game. Admitted. I just love it.
But I can't bring myself to login under the fears of sinking. This kinda pushes some fears away but I am sure many are in this same boat.
It's like Hep-C from Rick and Morty. It's just a good guy.
Death is nothing to us, since when we are, Death has not come, and when death has come, we are not.
They've improved the game tremendously in my opinion, and I think it's definitely worth checking out if you have any interest. It's not for everyone, but it's very solid for what it is.
I love the environment, the quick quests, and the quirkiness.
Kinda funny that NCsoft pulls all their other games from steam yet prepping to add this one.
I believe they finally put mouselook controls in! Holding down the right mouse buttons constantly in an action game in not acceptable.
(I am a little concerned that they gave just two days notice though.)
As boring as I find this game overall, I will still be sad seeing the inevitable shut down.
Go Wildstar!!
So good luck to WS and its player base, but sadly it does feel like its a last roll of the dice...
This post is all my opinion, but I welcome debate on anything i have put, however, personal slander / name calling belongs in game where of course you're welcome to call me names im often found lounging about in EvE online.

I will admit I am very leery of spending any more money with its future rather questionable. I imagine a lot of players are in that same boat. Carbine's rather bleak honesty might have sealed their fate.
At the same time though, I'm sure there's a large base of Steam players who never heard of it or never tried it before. And they likely have no idea the game is struggling and might give it the cash injection they need.
