It's doing better because of the PVE crowd.  Daum being either ignorant, incompetent, or both will drive the game into the crowd by supporting PKers instead of PVPers.

    They may in-fact enable a PVE-only channel.

I think they are going to need more than one channel.

I doubt that will happen though.  FFXIV releases content a break-neck pace, ESO as well.  I can't see this game doing the same thing, in fact...the only reason we're getting such significant updates in such a short period is because they are simply adding the content from the other versions of the game.  If/when there's a catchup point the frequency of these things will drop off like a boulder from a cliff.
I also don't understand the need for content to be released that quickly, hell in FFXIV I never finished everything from a previous patch before the next released, which led to the feeling of "why bother? there's going to be a catchup patch and then when the new patch hits itll all be insignificant anyway"
They already announced a new ocean coming, twice the size of the curreny world, connecting to an new elven land, new race and class and much more. Coming very soon on korea servers, and thats not long ago they had a huge patch.
They do very big, and frequent updates.

They wants us to catch up as fast as possible, so we will see patches every month (big ones) which I agree with.
