Hello!

I would like to know if anyone else is getting this message "Your username or password is incorrect. Please try again."
So I go on Forgot password? https://www.blackdesertonline.com/account/forgotPassword
then I change the password to a new one and... I still getting this message with the new password.

    Well, no problem here so far, and I haven't heard of anyone else with that issue yet.

    The password is back to normal now... BTW, I tried to change the password to the same one and I was getting the message "password has already been use", so, I was not typing it wrong.

    They have customer support if you actually file a ticket. They have around a 2 - 3 week turn about rate which isn't bad considering they are just kinda starting otu and likely under estimated things. So long as they don't pull a Linden Lab and end up with a 3  - 4 month back log on shit...

    Well, I had some problems with The Divison, like a week waiting for ticket answer... Then I asked for Refund and they did it... Weird thing is, they answer the Refund ticket in the same day, but the others tickets still there I think, weeks ago  :-P

    Maybe you were just making the same typo over and over? Happened to me once or twice in the past...
    Or numlock/capslock was on or off. :p

    Ubisoft is a much larger company than Daum EU is and still takes a week at least for some stuff. Daum EU may be slow, but they are a small and growing company so have a partial excuse. I think the thing many people need to realize is that often tickets will get well... prioritized ultimately and the more urgent ones are answered first. The overall problems arise with the people working rather than the company themselves too. Some of us that do support work are far more efficient workers and some are just lethargic and never want to deal with people so are kind of a useless person to have on the job in the job they work. Many people working support shouldn't be working those jobs...
