WildStar Dungeon and Raid Lead Brett Scheinert has announced via his personal Twitter account that he is no longer working at Carbine Studios. A second tweet revealed that he is not able to discuss the particulars of his departure and we will keep you posted as the story develops.

    Carbine continues to hemorrhage their devs. They have pretty much just become a farm for Blizzard to pick from.

    This is not as a big of a deal as it seems... Someone took his spot for now, and the only real damage is that we won't have anyone else who talks to the community is much as he does

    If this was a "cost reduction" move - entirely possible imo - then I doubt anyone "took his spot". His work will, at best, have been shared amongst the remaining devs, at worst simply put on hold.

    I can understand that. The guy definitely was good, because some dungeons and raids are fine in wildstar. Unfortunately carbins seems absolutely incompetent in other departments. Give them some more months and its gone.

    sadly all the significant leaders of this mmo have left- and only one remains, prob itll be run by China at this point, with their release later in the year- very similar to whats happened to FireFall.

    Why China? The game was developed in the US with US developers and NCSoft is Korean.
