Carbine continues to hemorrhage their devs. They have pretty much just become a farm for Blizzard to pick from.

This is not as a big of a deal as it seems... Someone took his spot for now, and the only real damage is that we won't have anyone else who talks to the community is much as he does

Did Colin Johannsen from GW2 go to the same place as TT?

If this was a "cost reduction" move - entirely possible imo - then I doubt anyone "took his spot". His work will, at best, have been shared amongst the remaining devs, at worst simply put on hold.

I can understand that. The guy definitely was good, because some dungeons and raids are fine in wildstar. Unfortunately carbins seems absolutely incompetent in other departments. Give them some more months and its gone.

    Hodor!

With the shift to more casual content, the move kind of make sense. Even according to Blizzard that raiding is their strong point, most of the players do not raid past the LFR joke. So if we take that too into account, either the position will be placed on hold for the time, or filled with less expensive guy.

Brett may bring new things to any company he lands, but don't expect miracles. Many of dungeons mechanics in Wildstar work fine because depends on other Wildstar mechanics. Kind of like Huttball for SWTOR.

sadly all the significant leaders of this mmo have left- and only one remains, prob itll be run by China at this point, with their release later in the year- very similar to whats happened to FireFall.

Why China? The game was developed in the US with US developers and NCSoft is Korean.
