Does it get more difficult?

I started playing this game with some of my siblings and we're enjoying everything about the game except it is FAR FAR FAR too easy. I'm playing a bard and most of the time it's not even worth it to cast any spells or play any songs because almost everything dies in less than a second. Are we supposed to play every dungeon on like super mega hard mode? And if so, is there any way to have those unlocked without having to complete them on lesser difficulties first?

    I think the dungeons gets harder at some point when you level up

    I believe you can pick the difficulty of the dungeons/encounters that you enter. I'm unsure (can't remember) if you can pick the highest difficulty or if you have to unlock it by playing the one below it.

    However, when I have soloed in this game I always upped the difficulty to the one above "solo".

    If you're going into dungeon's as a group than yes they'll be easy.  Run it at normal to unlock Hard and then to unlock the highest level.  They won't just fall over and die then.

    Are you talking about quests in the level range of 1 - 5? They do get more difficult the higher up you go; try the quest Proof is in the Poison on hard difficulty if you want a challenge.
