Is this new area just for end game or can lower levels participate?

    I believe it scales.  Level 10+ I would assume.

    Level 3+ actually, so you can access it right outta the tutorial.

    Good to know. When zoning in (quests given from main home city) you quickly see Vet level critters. If low level this scares the crap out of you lol.

    This is the main issue with vet levels. Players want choice. If the game doesn't really provide a random and real sort of exploration one can gain a lot by at least having the option to go to different zones without worrying about being dramatically out leveled.

    This is the direction they desperate need. The main failing of this game is attaching such vertical leveling. It makes the world very very small. At this point I am not sure how they could fix this without forced down scaling much like Swtor which is not something many players want. The longer they ignore the Vet level mess the harder reversion will be. Sooner the better!
