Instalation trouble

in Age of Conan: Unchained
So I transferred the the files from my pc to my wife's pc using a external hard drive took like 20 minutes but now when I try and launch the game on her pc  it says: age of conan only supports running multiple sessions from different instalation folders. When I look in the task manager it has the folder age of connana running as a program when I open it to click on the exe. If I tell it to close that program it closes the folder any Ideas.

    Did you copy all files or just the RDB files? I typically start the download from the website and cancel it once the RDB folder appears. Then copy all of the RDB items and continue using patcher. Never had any issues doing it this way.

    Have you tried restarting the computer to shut down all possible sessions of Age of Conan?
