Got the key but it isn't working, saying that it's already been redeemed

    I got the same message when I put my code in but if you scroll down you will see that it added it to your account alrdy. Log out of Trove and back in and you can find your mount under the mount tab.

    What a rip. I got the code, added it to my account, it went through fine...but no mount in my inventory.

    It won't be in your inventory, you'll have to click your mount tab and then go to the Shadow tab, Insanisteed is a Shadow Realm mount.
