Haven and Hearth is/was an open world sand box survival and building game with lots of murder and pants thieving.
Build a house, Grow some corn, Tame some sheep, Establish a town with other players, Break into your neighbors house and stab him in the face, all these things are possible!
They're calling it "Eternal Alpha" and I don't know what that means.
I do know that everyone will be allowed to join.
