Voxel-based open-universe MMO - Name please? >.>

I saw a video a week or so ago about an upcoming voxel-base mmo with an open universe concept, where you can fly planet-to-planet in a procedurally-generated universe. I just forgot the name of it. Yeah, I know. Would someone be so kind as to remind me what the name of this upcoming MMO is?

Only voxel based MMO in development I can think of is Everquest Next but there might be more...

I dont think it uses the voxel engine, but maybe No Man's Sky?

That game does not have voxels.

Everquest Landmark is the only voxel-based MMO in existence.

EQ-Next will be the second voxel-based MMO but all indications point that it is DoA.

Trove is voxel based and Crowfall will use them in a limited way. I think buildings will be made of voxels but the world will not, if they do its only skin deep I think but I could be wrong on this. As far as using voxels to the largest extent, only EQN seems to be doing that, adding exploring on all axis points.

Here is a pic from EQN to get an idea

It's not an MMO, but there's StarMade:

    It's closer to Minecraft
