I really love martial arts based mmorpg games but I can't find one that I can get into. Tried Age of Wushu, and found it overly complicated. Tried Swordsman Online and it was ok but just wasn't feeling it. Blade and Soul isn't released in the west so have to wait for that I guess. Also, tried 9 dragons but wasn't feeling that either.. All recommendations welcome...

As you might have heard they have announced that Blade and Soul will be released in NA and EU this year so you wont have to wait much longer.
You could try Continent of the Ninth Seal "C9" or Vindictus, one of those game should be able to keep you entertained untill Blade and Soul and then Black Desert Online are released.
