Missing Guild Wars 2 Tablecloth?

Hello,

Last year I won a competition for a Guild Wars 2 tablecloth from PAX, and I never received it. 

I won it on April 21st, 2014 and I sent off my contact details and everything, that was all okay. Through May however, I was in contact with a Michael Bitton in the whereabouts of my prize as I had not received it yet. It wasn't until July 30th that Michael got back into contact with me that they had shipped to the wrong address and would be sending it back out to Australia.

It got to September and I still hadn't seen my prize, so I sent another message on September 5th, 2014, asking for a tracking address at least. I still haven't heard back from anyone.

Can I hope to get my prize sometime soon if this issue is looked into?
