SBFordSBFord Former Associate EditorMember LegendaryPosts: 33,129

Zenimax and Bethesda are inviting Elder Scrolls Online beta players back to Tamriel during a special event running from Thursday, April 16th through Monday, April 20th. During the event, beta players who never purchased ESO will be able to come back and check out the massive number of changes since the earliest stages of the game and the new Tamriel Unlimited B2P version.

Former beta players should keep an eye on their email for a special communication about the event.

The email is that they applied a code redemption to the beta players account, effectively re-activating them.

I might download the game and give it a try again.

It's going to be very very interesting to see how the servers handle the load that weekend.   The game is hopping as is now, I really hope they are ready for this.

Not really. I quit beta for 2 very specific reasons.

And those reasons still aren't fixed.

They removed the group experience bonus, so everyone stopped grouping and were forced to grind solo instanced quests to advance.

And they still allow people to switch campaigns almost whenever they want, which leads to entirely 100% broken RvR.

you should start as soon as possible - their servers are a bit slow so it might take a while to download the full game...

    Just my 2 cents...

Quite literally 2 days ago I was looking through my computer and noticed I still had the beta installed. So I head over to the account page and quickly take a look to see if there is any trial or return key or anything as I really was unable to log in.

Now today, I get home from work and see that in my email and laugh. What timing, it is as if they knew I was poking around
