Archeage Anyone else not able to login via website?

For some reason I cannot access the website or support.   Earlier was giving an error 2024 via launcher but that is gone and can login the game fine but on website or account  support says invalid email or login and I even changed password...wonder if this has to do with the giveaway issue so that you can now now claim those rewards.

    Id imagine youd get better answers in the ArcheAge forum on this site, or even on the subreddit that is available. Rather than a random MMO forum. But anyway, the website works for me.

    True if I could have logged in to ask that lol:P but I can now and got a gift pack hmm perhaps that is why but was same pack they gave back before with 15 labor potions but yeah can login now and why I posted here since I could not post there and login i had to change passwords on both accounts to login odd.
