General: Underworld Ascendant Completes Initial Funding

OtherSide Entertainment has announced that it has successfully completed its initial round of crowd-source funding for Underworld Ascendant. The KickStarter initiative sought to raise $600,000 which was surpassed earlier today.

With the initial funds raised, developers still have just over a week to continue to add to the coffers and to reveal stretch goals, the first of which have been published.

    Ultima Underworld was groundbreaking and is what helped develop the games we play today. Hopefully this next title will be as immense as Drizzt Do'urdens home, Menzoberranzan. I say bring some of the nostalgia back that made PC gaming great.
