There are no plans to shut down DAoC :)

Though I no longer play DAOC, I hope it lives forever. One of my first MMO's, and still to this day has the best PvP/RvR system I've ever experienced. I'm hoping Camelot Unchained can pick up the torch and provide something similar.

Good, but are there any plans to drop the sub fee. I still sub off and on, but if it dropped to $5 a month I would never drop the sub.

Over a year I would be giving you $60 as opposed to $15 maybe $30.

Not that I'm aware of currently, but that only means exactly that :)

I  left ESO( they have zero interest in pvp) and have returned to DAOC.The have actually improved more game features than ESO has on their AvA.

I've started to follow CAMELOT UNCHAINED.

Omg for daoc to become f2p (providing there was NO p2w in any way I hate p2w!) would be amazing. I would most definitely be on it regularly for some awesome rvr.

I currently see daoc as more like a minigame and would only really pvp in it, the rvr is really fun! Would not pay full sub for just that though.

Started playing mmorpg's in 1996 and have been hooked ever since. It began with Kingdom of Drakkar, Ultima Online, Everquest, DAoC, WoW...

I agree with the lower sub fee, i'd return for sure.  Just can't justify $15/mo anymore.
