Overwatch reminds me of a Pixar movie... The Incredibles I think.

Time has come to pass the Torch

Maybe I'll play this with my grandchildren, first one is baking in the oven.

I enjoyed the trailer and then watched the gameplay. I was hoping for a new superhero MMO. Looked good but doubt I will try it.

Well that sure wasn't what I was expecting from them.

A TF2 style game definitely isn't an original concept, so I'm sort of disappointed by that.

But at the same time, if there's one thing Blizzard does well, it's making damn fun games. So I'm looking forward to trying it as well.

Valve F***ED 'em up with DOTA 2, so now Blizz is hitting them where it hurts (Team Fortress) hehe.

On a more serious note, making a FPS MOBA sounds interesting!

It's really different from most things if u look, they seem to be very much skill cast-focused (like a MOBA) rather than simply shooting stuff (like a FPS). If they can pull it off so that you get the same "easy to learn, difficult to master" element u get in good MOBAs, they might just have a winner.

Blizz, I'm counting on you to deliver a great new genre!

I wish it weren't just a PvP game, looks pretty cool. At the same time though it doesn't seem to quite fit in with the Blizzard style they have developed over the last decade or so.

being that its a shooter, i wonder if there are already aim bots for it?

I hope you can mine and fish while dodging bullets. I won't play it if you can't fish.

I guess it looks decent. Does have that TF2 vibe in terms of how it seems like it will play out. Would be interesting to see how it is.  I'd hate to see its payment model... if its like Heroes of the Storm it could be quite cringe worthy. Blizzard is big on terrible cash shops.

    "Titan" code leftover recycling ?

Oh my ... comic style heroes co-op shooter ... so ... innovative ....

we don't have any of these games on the market atm ***cough***cough***

    Have fun

meh, I'd probably have preferred actual roles/classes we could customize and make our own instead of heroes, but this works.

    Also, damn.

Typical Blizzard mantra: fun and polished. Not for me however since i suck donkey balls at these type of games. image

Pretty soon, tic-tac-toe will be the only game Blizz hasn't stolen from.

First person shooters give me headaches or I would love to play this. Looks good though so sad why not third person.

Probably best described as TF2 meets Dota, TF2 style game play with Dota style heroes and probably lots of them too, thus they'll monetise not on hats but on heroes and skins.

Well, monetizing lots of heroes and skins worked spectacularly for LoL !

This game will either be a spectacular success or be dead in 6 months. But with Blizzy pushing it, my bet is on the former...

Hmm.... characters looks a bit childish. but will try it anyway.

Kinda hoped to see Thrall shaman type character.

See how TF2 do after tis game release.

This will do very well. This is something that takes fps to a new level of combat that is also fluid.

Blizzard is leading the way here imo for something that throws people straight into the action for fps'es.

I like the fact its not an MMO. I think I am too burned out for MMOs and their grinds. Straight up skill and style.

I like how the heroes are so different, and look to be having roles, although that was only vaguely hinted.

The first video made me think Disney, and targeting kids only, but the second video with uhm "gameplay" looked like a game with tactical depth. And what was that cannon turret thing, is there some tower defense element in it? (Dungeon Defenders/Orc must die) If so that would really pull the game tactical quality up. If the game is something for me will depend on the how it feel hands on and if it will have tactical depth, but the so far it oozes quality and first impressions....

I didn't get the tf2 feeling, but rather some superheroes goes to unreal tournament (positive).

As always the ad was great but the gameplay is not my genre whatsoever. Will pass on the game this time around.

Am I the only one disappointed this game won't be an MMO?

We are sorry to say that there will be no more purchase from Actrivision Blizzard again. Seriously, if we had bought another game from Activision Blizzard only to get locked up again then it is indeed not worth the purchase.

And for that since our two locked up of WoW and D3 as they asked for ID even with credit card purchased,  due to different IP or whatever the crap they says, and the only solution for amiabilty as ex-customers is to refunds all purchase and subscription paid for and then we shall resume our trust in all online software companies.

Seriously, Activision Blizzard had killed the fair trading code for all online software companies.

    Good luck with contacting us.
