Hi everyone!
I'm Federica, I'm an Italian student and I'm almost graduated in Psychology. My thesis is about MMORPGs, so I created a survey adressed to players (in particular to players of World of Warcraft, EVE Online, Guild Wars 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Age of Wulin/Age of Wushu) to understand why they play and how they play. If I were spending oodles of money to get a degree in Psychology, I think my research thesis would be on something more meaningful than video games. I mean really, you plan on putting up a shingle saying "Game addictions treated here"?
We should help these students to study something more important by not participating in what is clearly is meaningless study.
