Is this Peer to Peer

I am thinking about getting access early to this game. My question though, last time i tried crap like this i got f, because they failed to mention unless you had a full degree in internet games, and understood all that jazz. That the game was peer 2 peer and if you had crappy dsl like mine, you wouldent be able to play it, due to the lack of a back bone dedicated server.

Is this game like normal MMOs where every one connects into a dedicated server, and all plays on the same server? Or is it a thing where its limited to 32 players or so, and it leeches the best internet connection to make a make shift dedicated host?
