So, Ive recently been looking for a good mmo action rpg, since I started playing rift I wanted to play normal mmorpgs, but then I saw the action based games, and I fell in love of them. Problem is, my pc is, well trash, and is just the matter of months till I get a new one, but in the meantime, I would like you guys to tell me action mmos I could run, Ive tried Dragon Nest, but is not availeable in my country, tried raiderz but it froze every second for some reason, I cant run c9 which I tried, and Ive recently downloaded neverwinter, it starts fine and then just gives me a black screen. Here are the worse pc specs in history:
GeForce 6150 SE nForce 430
Sempron 140 2.70
2gb of RAM.
Windows 7ultimate 64bit.
idk if thats all you guys need to tell me but thats it, Ive always got my drivers and apps updated, again, action mmorpgs which I could run on this in the meantime. Preff not anime, but I can give them a shot. Thanks.

Are you looking for help with configurating your current machine?
If you are looking at trying to update 1 or 2 parts, what model mobo do you have?
If you have trouble finding specs for your machine, run dxdiag and save as a text file, then update your OP.

there, and btw, I am gonna GET a new pc, this is just for the meantime.
Guildwars 2 is probably your best choice then, my laptop have a Nvidia 330M GFX card and still runs it fine on medium+ settings, looks pretty nice on it as well (not compare to my desktop though).

Your basic problem is that you're trying to play games on a GPU meant to display the desktop and not much more. You've also got a single-core processor--likely the last single-core processor to ever release for desktop or laptop use--and that one core is pretty slow, too. Until you get a faster computer, gaming isn't going to go well for you. Guild Wars 1 would probably be playable, but nothing more recent comes to mind--and that's not really action combat.
Just to explain how slow your GPU is:
Among current generation desktop cards, Nvidia's top of the line is the GeForce GTX 780 Ti, with 2880 shaders. AMD's top of the line is the Radeon R9 290X, with 2816 shaders. Nvidia's low end is the GeForce GT 640, with 384 shaders. AMD's low end is the Radeon R7 240, which has 320 shaders. Even AMD's top integrated graphics has more than that, with 512.
But that's desktops. Low power parts commonly have fewer. Nvidia's latest tablet chip is the Tegra K1, with 192 shaders. AMD's latest tablet chip is the A10-Micro 6700T, with 128 shaders.
For comparison, your GPU chip has 3. Not 3000, not 300, not even 30. Just 3. Three. As in, fewer than four. They're clocked low, too, so if your GPU were literally 100 times as fast as it is now, it still wouldn't be all that fast. If you want to do anything graphically intensive, that's a problem.
If you look on newegg, you could get an upgraded video card for around 40 to 60 bucks. Others here can steer you to the best option.

That's the sort of computer for which you should be thinking replace, not upgrade. Trying to upgrade parts in it would be throwing good money after bad.
But you can get a respectable severe budget gaming computer for $500.
