if i buy after the 15th say on the 16 for instance will i still get instant access?

    Beta is no longer closed. You don't need to buy any pack. Just log in and play.

    Having said that, my advice is play something else, really.

    You'll get instant access I believe, but I personally wouldn't, just wait the 2 weeks and then try it without losing any money, and then if you feel like it's worth money contribute to it.
