  I have to bump this, as it is still an issue. Any advice would be nice.

  Hm I used chrome to sign up. Does it let you in the sign up page? This is a korean company so they still use things like lowercase only etc.

  Aye. It lets me make a username, everything. When I click to create the account, the antibot tells me I made an error. It's like that prove your human every site has now a days. When I listen to the audio message, it adds characters not in the picture. Even a character I never heard of before. I even tried on different dates. Different days of the month, days of the week. Won't let my account be created. Did they cut off the ability to sign up? Could there be a plugin like Java or something else it needs to pass the check?

  Old thread but just in case anyone is still trying to figure it out, i had the same problem on chrome, tried in incognito mode and it worked first try.
