Does anyone kn ow of a way other than email to get a hold of someone at Valve/Steam for support?  I have had a ticket open for two weeks trying to regain access to my account and they are not responding.

    Spam their twitter and facebook.. Make a new steam account and open another. Basically be a pest. A polite pest but a pest none the less. Sometimes it takes making it public, you are not getting good service for CS to respond, no matter the product
