Any new information on the new classes? I heard there were 4 new classes from a friend but that seems too low.
Also-
Honestly, do you think they will have new expansions every month? That was mind boggling in EQI!

Thats not a class thats a race you bonehead.
The Vahshir are gone since the disaster on the moon but the Kerrins are now a playable race. As for classes I will grab the currently released list (they are keeping most of it a secret currently for some odd reason) and post it in a few.
Ok here is what information they have released so far on classes.

At level 6 you will choose between 5 Archetypes (Fighter, Mage, Scout, Priest, Artisan). At level 15 you will have 2-3 Classes to choose from (dependant upon your first choice). At level 30 you will make your final decision between 2-3 Sub-Classes (dependant on your first and second choices).
There are a total of 47 classes to choose from, 48 if you include Commoner (which you are before level 5)
For example: If you were to choose Fighter at level 6, you could pick Brawler, Crusader, or Warrior at level 15. If you choose Crusader at level 15, you could choose between Paladin or Shadow Knight at level 30.
NOTE: The following classes and/or sub-classes belong somewhere in the class tree, but we have not yet confirmed where:
Artisan
Fighter
Mage
Priest
Scout

After their latest debacle that angered half their fans they decided to release a little more class info to spark some more interest in this sad game.
Mage: The caster. Mages inflict mystical damage, control crowds of opponents, and provide buffs and mana replenishment to their comrades.
==Sorcerer: The expert of all forms of mystical damage such as nukes, damage over time, and debuffs.
----Wizard: Master of the arcane arts, tapping into the elemental powers of fire and ice.
----Warlock: Evil counterpart to the wizard, drawing power from the forces of poison and disease.
==Enchanter: A caster who uses magical forces to beguile and control the enemy.
----Illusionist: Uses mystical power to confound and overpower foes.
----Coercer: Takes over the minds of the weak and uses them to his benefit.
==Summoner: Mage who uses summoned pets to inflict damage upon opponents.
----Conjuror: Summons forth powerful pets from primal mystical sources.
----Necromancer: Calls forth servants from beyond the grave and commands them in battle.
